What do I get for R60?
A 30 ml TZY Parfums Eau de Parfum in your chosen scent. There are 20 options, including four unisex scents.
Are these original designer perfumes?
No. TZY Parfums is an independent inspired-by fragrance brand. Designer houses are named to describe the inspiration. We are not affiliated with them.
How do I create an account?
Open My account in the header or mobile navigation, choose Create an account, enter your details and confirm your email. You can then save addresses, build a wishlist and see your order history.
Can I check out without an account?
Yes. Add fragrances to your bag and check out as a guest. Keep the private order link displayed after checkout. It lets you return to payment instructions and delivery updates.
Where can I find my orders?
Sign in and open Orders & tracking. Orders placed while signed in appear automatically. To add an earlier guest order, use Add a guest order and its private link, with the same verified email used for the order.
How do I track a delivery?
Open your order from My account or your private order link. Tracking details appear after dispatch. If you need help, email support@tzyparfums.com with your order number.
How much is shipping?
R150 per delivery order within South Africa. TCG or Aramex delivers your parcel. Collection in Norwood is free. International delivery is quoted separately before payment.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Select Collection at retail or reseller checkout. Collection is free from TZY PARFUMS, Norwood, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 2192. Please wait until your order is ready for collection. Contact support to arrange collection before travelling. Email support@tzyparfums.com with your order number for arrangements.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery after dispatch is 1–3 business days to main centres and 3–5 to regional/outlying areas. Remote-area and international delivery times are confirmed individually.
How can I pay?
Choose from the available Yoco and EFT options at checkout. Your order number is created before payment and is the reference for EFT.
How do I reset my password?
Open My account, select Forgot your password and enter your email. Follow the reset instructions sent to your inbox.
How can I become a reseller?
Apply for free, keep your TZY-RAN reference and allow 1–5 business days for review. Approved applicants receive account instructions. Wholesale orders start at 50 bottles in multiples of ten per scent.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact support@tzyparfums.com with your order number and clear photos. Keep the bottle and packaging. See the full returns policy for how we assess and resolve the issue.
