How to become a reseller

Before you apply

• You must be 18 or older. Individuals, informal businesses and registered businesses can apply.
• The minimum wholesale order is 50 bottles.
• Choose scents in multiples of 10 bottles per fragrance. You can mix men’s, women’s and unisex scents.
• Wholesale prices are private and available after approval. A lower bulk rate applies from 250 bottles.
• Approval is reviewed manually. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Your application, step by step

1. Complete the application

   Provide your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, province/state, city and town/suburb. Tell us where you plan to sell, your experience, expected order size and why you want to become a reseller.

   If you select Registered business, the business name and company registration number are required. For other applicants, these fields remain N/A. Trading name is optional.

2. Keep your reference

   After submission you receive a sequential reference such as TZY-RAN-01. Keep it for any application enquiries.

3. Allow 1–5 business days for review

   We review your application and may contact you for more information. For an update, email reseller@tzyparfums.com with your reference.

4. Receive approval and your account invitation

   Successful applicants receive approval and a secure invitation to activate their account and choose a password. Accounts are created by invitation; there is no public wholesale self-registration.

5. Sign in and build your order

   Use your invited email address and password at the reseller login. Your private catalogue shows wholesale pricing, quantities and progress towards the 50-bottle minimum. Bulk pricing updates automatically at the qualifying quantity.

6. Check out and start selling

   Choose courier delivery or free collection in Norwood, and receive an order number before payment. South African delivery costs R150; international delivery is quoted first. The portal provides the available EFT and Yoco payment options, order history and delivery or collection updates. Only pay after approval and official order confirmation.

Open the reseller login and sign in with your invited email. Use Forgot password if needed. If you have not received an invitation, contact reseller@tzyparfums.com.

Looking for a scent we do not list?

You can include a request in your application or submit it inside the portal. Availability is assessed individually and supply is not guaranteed. Any additional sourcing or development charges are quoted for your approval before payment.
