We send orders with The Courier Guy (TCG) or Aramex, depending on your destination and the service available. Your tracking details are shared after dispatch so you can follow your parcel.
Our support does not stop at dispatch. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or goes missing, contact support@tzyparfums.com with your order number. We will help trace the delivery, liaise with the courier and work with you to resolve the issue.
R150 delivery within South Africa
The flat R150 charge applies per retail or reseller delivery order, including main centres, regional/outlying areas and remote addresses. The full product and delivery total is shown at checkout. Existing orders retain their agreed charges.
Estimated times after dispatch
- Main centres: 1–3 business days.
- Regional and outlying areas: 3–5 business days.
- Remote areas: timing confirmed individually.
Estimates exclude weekends and public holidays and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Free collection in Norwood
Choose Collection at retail or reseller checkout to remove the delivery charge. You pay only for your products.

International delivery
International delivery is quoted before payment. Availability, shipping charges, delivery estimates and any destination-specific requirements are confirmed individually. The R150 fee and South African delivery estimates do not apply internationally.
Before we dispatch
Stock, delivery details and payment must be confirmed before your order is processed for dispatch. Check your delivery address and contact number carefully.
Missed deliveries or incorrect addresses
Additional courier charges caused by incorrect details, an unavailable recipient or an uncollected parcel may be charged where permitted by law. Inspect your parcel on arrival and report visible damage or missing items promptly.
